Last summer I had a chance to join my friend’s family on a trip to his home village , about 75 km to the south of Da Nang city. The village lies in a valley and by the Thu Bon river. We went there by car and it took us two hours to arrive at the village . Our car ran at an average speed so that we could enjoy the beautiful sights along the road . Some cows and buffalloes were grazing by the roadside , the farmers were working hard in their field . It was not very sunny and there were a lot of trees in the village so we walked to my friend’s relatives’ house .Like almost every village in the countryside ,my friend’s village looks quiet and peaceful with bamboos , banyan trees , water wells…We enjoyed the beautiful sights , the fresh air, met friendly people and took lots of photos. I hope I will go there again .
